Which size should I order?
Go by height and weight rather than your usual T-shirt size, as the X-Frame is designed to fit snug:

• M: 160–165 cm (5'3"–5'5"), 55–63 kg
• L: 165–170 cm (5'5"–5'7"), 63–70 kg
• XL: 170–175 cm (5'7"–5'9"), 70–75 kg
• XXL: 175–180 cm (5'9"–5'11"), 75–80 kg

Will it show under my shirt?
No. It's a slim U-neck tank in lightweight stretch fabric, with no straps, buckles or velcro to show through. Under a thin or white shirt, choose the colour closest to your skin tone for total discretion.

How does it help my posture?
The X-shaped back panel sits across your shoulder blades and gently draws your shoulders back, reminding you to stand tall all day. It supports an upright posture rather than forcing you into one, so you look taller and more confident without a rigid brace.

Will it make my muscles lazy?
It's designed not to. The X-Frame gives your shoulders a gentle cue rather than locking them in place, so your own muscles still do the work. Start with a few hours a day and build up, and keep up your normal activity alongside it. If you have a back, breathing or circulation condition, check with your GP before wearing compression garments.

Is it comfortable to wear all day?
Yes. The breathable stretch fabric moves with you, and the wide shoulder straps spread pressure instead of digging in like strap braces do. It should feel firm and supportive, never painful. If it feels too tight or restricts your breathing, you need the next size up.

Does it roll up?
Rolling up is almost always caused by a vest that's too short or too small, so getting the right size for your torso makes the biggest difference. If you're tall for your weight, size up for extra length.

How do I wash it?
Wash cool on a gentle cycle, ideally in a mesh laundry bag. Skip fabric softener and bleach, and let it air-dry, because tumble-drying breaks down stretch fabric. Looked after this way, it keeps its shape and support wash after wash.

How long is delivery, and what if it doesn't fit?
